Welcome! I’m a child and adult psychologist. I am a HCPC registered Counselling Psychologist and a Chartered member of the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI). I offer a psychological therapy in person in Galway & online across Ireland.

Specialist Mental Health Support

I provide a range of specialist mental health services ranging from individual therapy, family interventions and group based psychoeducation groups. I offer supervision to psychologists, counsellors and trainee therapists. I also provide psychological input to organisations and businesses tailored to the needs of the group.

Individual Therapy

I provide individual therapy to children & adults for a range of mental health difficulties. These include anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, addiction and relationship issues.

Courses

I provide evidence based group interventions and online courses on self esteem, helping children and young people with anxiety, and coping with COVID-19 and Living with anxiety.

My Podcast series “Thinking about Therapy” is available to download on Spotify, Apple Podcasts & Google Podcasts. In the podcast I speak to mental health professionals and individuals who have accessed mental health support.
