Blogbites: Get what you need

Sometimes we feel guilty when we don’t get ‘things’ done. When we aren’t productive or we don’t achieve goals in the way that we hoped, we can feel annoyed or disappointed. It’s important to remember that sometimes when we get side tracked, distracted or just take time out, that it can be our mind and body telling us what we need.

Getting what we want is great, but getting what we need is more important
